Third-Party Services

CareerJet (Job Search)

Our job search feature is powered by the CareerJet API. When you search for jobs, the following is shared with CareerJet:

• Your search terms (keywords, location)
• Your IP address (required by CareerJet's terms of service)
• Your browser user agent

Stripe (Payments)

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their privacy policy: Stripe Privacy Policy.

Hotjar (Analytics)

We use Hotjar to understand how users interact with our website. Hotjar may collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out via their Do Not Track page.

Data Storage and Security

When you delete your account, all your personal data and job application records are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Mobile Applications

Our iOS and Android applications (currently in development) access the same data as our web application. The mobile apps may additionally request:

• Push Notifications – To remind you of upcoming interviews (optional)
• Calendar Access – To add interviews to your device calendar (optional)

All permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings. The mobile apps do not collect any additional personal data beyond what is described in this policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to:
